We know you want your order ASAP, which is why we keep most items in stock and ready to ship. Once your order has processed (please allow 1-3 business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 


Special Orders

We do our best to stock items in a variety of sizes and colors, however, if you do not see your desired size or color please feel free to contact us. While special orders do take more time (and sometimes incur extra costs) we will do our best to fulfill them. 



All domestic orders ship for FREE via USPS with a tracking number. Rates for expedited shipping vary. We ship worldwide for $7, but are not responsible for customs duties.


Rush Shipping

We do our best to send your order out as quickly as possible, however if you need your order rushed we will try to accommodate you. Expedited shipping will, of course, cost extra. Contact us for rush inquiries.   



If you are not completely satisfied with your order we do accept returns and exchanges.  Please contact us if you wish to request a return authorization (RA). RA requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order for both returns and exchanges. Packages without an RA number CANNOT be accepted as a return. Items must be in original condition with original packaging. A refund will be granted via original payment method less a 10% restocking fee as well as shipping costs. Restocking fees are waived for exchanges, as long as items are in new condition with original packaging. 

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping, and we recommend purchasing a tracking confirmation as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.



Product Care

Our jewelry is made from high quality metals, however over time all metals break down when exposed to the elements (oxygen, moisture, and salt). Because of this, most of our pieces are specially treated and/or plated to prevent tarnishing and maintain color.  This will also prevent your skin from reacting to the metal (which can causes a green color on some people).  The safest way to clean your piece is simply with a soft damp cotton cloth. Please note that while we love the look of stacking pieces, metal rubbing against metal does cause scratching. 

In addition, to prolong the life of your pieces you should:

1. Store all pieces in a cool, dry place such as a jewelry box, ziplock bag, or pouch.

2. Avoid exposure to moisture by removing jewelry before washing hands, showering, or swimming

3. Put jewelry on last, after applying makeup, perfume, or hair products.  This will reduce chemical reactions with the metal. 


Sterling silver pieces are marked with "925", and can be cleaned and cared for with a silver cloth and/or silver polish.
