Q: Where can I buy Svelte Metals pieces? 
A: Currently our pieces are sold exclusively on our website.  


Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Thanks for your order!  Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order.  We ship all orders via USPS and you will be sent an email with tracking number once your order is dispatched. 

 

Q: What if my item is a gift?
A: All Svelte pieces come in beautiful branded packaging certainly worthy of gifting.  As a courtesy, we automatically include a gift invoice for items where the sender and receiver differ.  If you have any special instructions, please feel free to include them at checkout. 

 

Q: How should I care for my jewelry?
A:  Most of our pieces are plated. Please only use a soft, damp cloth to clean these pieces. To extend the life of your piece store it in a cool dry place and avoid getting it wet. For sterling silver pieces marked "925", any gentle process used to clean silver is acceptable.


Q: What is rhodium?
A: Rhodium is a precious metal often used to plate white gold or platinum.  It is highly regarded for being scratch resistant and having a bright white finish (much like platinum or sterling silver). 


Q: I don't see my ring size, do you do special orders?
A:  We pride ourselves on fit! Contact us to see if we can special order a ring in your size. 


Q: Many of your cuffs are "one size", will they fit me?
A: Fit is very important to us, which is why our cuffs are pretty malleable. To get that Svelte fit (and to keep the shape of your piece) always gently shape our cuffs.  While most are "one size", our cuffs are cut on the slimmer side of what is readily available today. Most pieces can easily be molded larger or smaller depending on your size. You can view our new policy on our cuffs here
