Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Svelte! If you are not completely satisfied with your order we do accept returns and exchanges on all in stock items. Returns and exchanges are not available on special order pieces which includes personalized pieces as well as fine jewelry.

Please contact us if you wish to request a return authorization (RA). RA requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order for both returns and exchanges. Packages without an RA number CANNOT be accepted as a return. Items must be in original condition with original packaging. A refund will be granted via original payment method less a 10% restocking fee as well as shipping costs. Restocking fees are waived for exchanges, as long as items are in new condition with original packaging. 

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping, and we recommend purchasing a tracking confirmation as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
